Making your purchase is easy. Just select the item / items you want to order from the catalogue and place them on your shopping cart. You will always get notification from us to your email when your purchase has been made successfully. If you do not get any email message from Piiku your order has not reached us. In such case you should try again.

All our prices are in euros.

We accept credit card payment with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. You may send your credit-card information securely via our online payment system.

If you want to pay your order with conventional bank transfer you must contact Piiku prior your money transfer. All bank transfer costs must be paid by the customer.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance all goods must be paid for in full prior to their despatch.

The goods will be sent by Finland Post Corporation. The abroad ordered goods will be sent in Economy post class unless specific alternative arrangements are made between Piiku and the customer. Customers should notify Piiku of non-arrival of goods in 40 days of the order placed.

We will normally despatch your order within 7 days. Deliveries will reach you accordingly:

The rest of the World	7 - 30 days

The shipping of abroad packages will be by Economy post class unless specific alternative arrangements are made between Piiku and the customer.

If we can not send your package in 7 days, you will be contacted. You will be emailed or telephoned to discuss the alternatives you want to choose.

All prices include 22 % VAT when orders are made from the European Union. Non EU countries are automatically exempt from VAT by the online shopping system.

Piiku must be contacted prior to return of all or any goods. The return decision must be made within 14 days from the arrival of your package.

The parcel tariff is priced on the basis of volumetric weight and destination countrys. tariff zone.
